Goods are normally dispatched within 2 working days. If we are unable to despatch your order within 10 working days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.  This website offers a delivery service to customers in mainland UK addresses. We can also deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney and Shetland; Scottish Islands and Highlands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland. Delivery to these geographical regions will however incur an additional postage charge. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery. We take every step possible to ensure goods are delivered within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to circumstances beyond our control. Traditional Toys shall not be under any liability for delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales under any circumstances. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
